Rent Sayara platform is a free service for users. Regular users (car renters) do not make any payments through the platform.

Payments for Rental Companies Only:

Only car rental companies (agencies) may pay for the following services:

• Monthly/Annual Subscriptions: For access to advanced features and increased car listing limits

• Boosts & Promotions: For prominent display of vehicles in search results and homepage

• Special Features: Such as VIP badges, Featured tags, Discount labels, etc.

Refund Policy for Companies:

• Subscriptions: Non-refundable after activation

• Boosts: Non-refundable after the promotional period begins

• In case of technical issues on our end, full refund or free extension will be provided

• Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase

Car Rental Payments - New Update:

Car rental payments are made directly between the renter and the rental company. Rent Sayara platform does not process any rental payments.

We bear no responsibility for transactions between customer and rental company.

Supported Payment Methods:

• Manual Payment: Cash payment or bank transfer directly to rental company

• WhatsApp Payment: Payment coordination directly with rental company via WhatsApp

• Online Gateways (Optional): Some rental companies may offer online payment via Tap or Thawani

• Bank Transfer: For companies

Booking System - New Update:

• WhatsApp Booking: Users can book directly with rental companies via WhatsApp

• Internal Chat Booking: Internal chat system for direct communication with rental company

• CRM Booking: Some companies use integrated CRM system for managing bookings

• Manual Confirmation: All bookings require manual confirmation by rental company

Car Rental Refunds:

• Refunds are subject to the policies of the rental company selected by the customer

• Rent Sayara does not directly process refunds; all refund requests must be handled by the rental agency providing the service

• If a booking is cancelled before approval by the rental agency, no charges will apply

• If payment is processed, refunds (if applicable) follow the rental company's terms

We will notify you of any material changes by:
