Welcome to RentSayara ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, application, and all related services.

"User" or "you": Any person who accesses or uses the Platform.

"Rental Company" or "Agency": Any registered company providing car rental services through our Platform.

"Services": Include all features and functionalities provided by the Platform.

By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

⚠️ Important Notice: RentSayara is an online intermediary platform ONLY. We are NOT a car rental company and do NOT own any vehicles.

We only provide a technology platform connecting customers with independent car rental companies. All rental contracts are entered into directly between the customer and the rental company.

RentSayara is NOT a party to any rental contract and assumes NO responsibility for:

• Vehicle condition, specifications, or fitness for use

• Quality of service provided by rental companies

• Any disputes or disagreements between customer and rental company

• Any accidents or damages occurring during the rental period

• Any payments made to rental companies

• Accuracy of information provided by rental companies

As a user of the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and password

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• Use the Platform for lawful purposes only

• Not impersonate any person or entity

• Not use any automated means to access the Platform

• Verify all rental details before completing any booking

• Carefully inspect the vehicle before pickup and document its condition

• Read and understand the rental contract in full before signing

• Keep copies of all documents and receipts

Rental companies registered on our Platform are obligated to:

• Obtain all necessary licenses and permits

• Provide accurate information about vehicles and pricing

• Maintain vehicles in a safe and roadworthy condition

• Provide valid insurance for all vehicles

• Comply with all local and international laws

• Deal transparently and fairly with customers

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner

We reserve the right to remove any rental company that violates these obligations.

**New Booking & Payment System Update:**

All bookings are made directly between the customer and the rental company. RentSayara does not process any rental payments.

⚠️ Important Warning: Do NOT pay any cash before receiving the vehicle and verifying its condition.

**Booking Methods:**

• **WhatsApp Booking:** Users can communicate and book directly with rental companies via WhatsApp

• **Platform Internal Chat:** Internal chat system for direct communication and booking management

• **CRM System:** Some rental companies use integrated CRM system for automated booking management

• **Manual Confirmation:** All bookings require manual confirmation by rental company

**Payment Methods:**

• **Manual Payment:** Cash payment, bank transfer, or card payment directly to rental company

• **WhatsApp Payment:** Payment coordination directly with rental company

• **Online Gateway (Optional):** Some companies may offer online payment via Tap or Thawani

Any agreements regarding prices, deposits, or additional fees are exclusively between the customer and the rental company.

We strongly recommend:

• Confirming all financial details before completing the booking

• Requesting an official receipt for all payments

• Understanding the cancellation and refund policy before booking

• Verifying insurance details and coverage

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentSayara shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data

• Business interruption or economic losses

• Any third-party claims

In all cases, our total liability is limited to amounts paid directly to us (if any) during the preceding 12 months.

This limitation does not apply to liability arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct.

You are expressly prohibited from:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent content

• Interfering with the security or operation of the Platform

• Collecting user data without permission

• Sending unsolicited messages or advertisements

• Attempting unauthorized access to our systems

• Violating intellectual property rights

• Manipulating ratings or reviews

We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately upon violation of these policies.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Sultanate of Oman.

In case of a dispute with a rental company, we recommend:

• Attempting to resolve the dispute directly with the rental company first

• Documenting all correspondence and documents

• Filing a formal complaint if necessary

• Contacting relevant authorities for serious disputes

RentSayara can assist in facilitating communication, but we are not a legal intermediary and cannot enforce any resolutions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after modifications are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
